The Blue Devils will open the 2015 season on Saturday, March 7 at Elon against Hampton.

The Central Connecticut softball team has had to make some adjustments to the early part of its 2015 season schedule due to the unfriendly winter weather along the East Coast. The Blue Devils were forced to cancel this weekend's Hampton Tournament in Hampton, VA due to an impending storm and poor field conditions. However, CCSU will instead travel to Elon, NC and play in the Elon Softball Tournament against Elon, Hampton and Lafayette at Hunt Softball Park, March 7-8.

Central opens the 2015 campaign on Saturday, March 7, at 10:00 a.m. against Hampton followed by a game against host Elon at 12:45 p.m. CCSU will conclude the opening weekend with a 9:30 a.m. game against Hampton followed by a 11:45 a.m. bout against Lafayette.
