The Central Connecticut softball team will host an open tryout on Monday September 26, at 2 p.m.

The Central Connecticut softball team will host an open tryout for any CCSU students interested in joining the Blue Devils.  The tryout will be held Monday September 26, between 2-3 p.m. on the softball field.

Students interested in attending the tryout must submit paperwork to Coach Jeff Franquet by Friday September 23, for preapproval.  Coach Franquet is available in his office between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Monday-Friday.

The following items must be submitted to be eligible to tryout:

  • A copy of your Fall 2011 schedule to prove that you are enrolled in 12 credits this semester.
  • Transcripts from high school or any colleges attended before Central Connecticut.
  • Valid CCSU Student I.D.
  • Proof of an up-to-date physical.
  • Valid Insurance Card.
