Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2024 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference First Team (1500m)...All-Northeast Conference Second Team (800m)...Won the 1500m (3:48.98) and placed second in the 800m (1:53.65) at the NEC Championships...Ran a collegiate-best at the Penn Relays in the 1500m (3:48.53)

2024 Indoor: All-Northeast Conference First Team (800m, Mile, DMR)...Won the  800m in 1:52.69 and the Mile (4:07.17) in collegiate-best time at NEC Championships...Also ran on the gold-winning DMR at NEC Championships...Ran a collegiate-best time in the 3000m (8:25.05) at the UMass Flagship Indoor Invitational.

2023 Cross Country: Ran the 10K course in 32:16.3 at the NCAA Regional...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2022 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference Second Team (1500m)...Placed 2nd in the 1500 (3:54.39) and 4th in the 800 (1:54.58) at the NEC Championships...Ran the 5000 in 15:42.44

2021-22 Indoor: Won the 800 at the Lions Indoor Invitational (1:55.32)...Placed 2nd in the 1000 (2:24.38) at the New England Championships.

2021 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Had two Top-10 finishes...Placed 12th at the NEC Championships in 26:39.1

2021 Outdoor: Northeast Conference All-Rookie Team (1,500)...Placed 3rd in the 1,500 meter (3:55.50) and ran the 5,000 (15:57.57) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Clocked a collegiate-best at Vermont in the 800 (1:56.46)...Ran the mile at Bryant in 4:17.55.

2020-21 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Northeast Conference All-Rookie...Placed 13th at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 25:39.7...Helped team to a second place finish.

Before Central: Three-time cross country All-Conference First Team (2017,2018,2019)...Two-time cross country All-State runner (2018,2019)...Two-time indoor track & field All-Conference First Team (2018-19,2019-20)...Made indoor track & field All-State(2019-20)...Made indoor track & field All-New England(2019-20)...Outdoor track & field All-Conference First Team (2019)...Was a high honors student and a scholar athlete at East Hampton High School.
