2019 Outdoor: Started the season winning the gold medal in the 5,000 meter run at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Set a personal best in the 10,000 meter at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 30:11.20...Won the silver medal in the 1,500 meter (4:04.00) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Took the silver medal in both the 5,000 meter (14:44.71) and the 10,000 meter (33:08.81) at the NEC Championship...Came in seventh place in the 10,000 meter at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 30:23.74.
