2019 Outdoor: Opened the season with a gold medal in the 800 meter (1:54.81) at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Finished fourth in the 800 meter (1:51.54) and ran the 4x400 (3:23.43) at the 2019 Colonial Relays...Ran the same events at the UConn Northeast Challenge winning the silver medal in the 800 meter (1:52.36) and finishing sixth in the 4x400 (3:21.00)...Competed in the 800 meter (1:50.06) and the 4x400 (3:25.14) at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational...Won the gold medal in the 800 meter (1:58.44) and the 4x400 (3:27.53)...Crowned the 800 meter champion (1:52.10), won the silver in the 4x800 (7:40.81) and ran the 4x400 (3:26.99) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Competed in the 800 meter (2:29.37) and the 4x800 (7:55.35) at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship...Ran the 800 meter (1:52.55) at the NCAA D1 East Region Preliminary Round.

2018 Outdoor: Finished first in the 800m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni invitational...Recorded a personal best and finished first for the 1500m (3:51.28) at the 2018 Larry Ellis Invitational...Placed first in the 800m and 4x400 at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Ran the 800m at the Northeast Conference Championship and placed first.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best for the 6k (20:56.1) at the 2017 UMass Minuteman XC invitational...Ran the 8k at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship finishing with a personal best (26:32.6)...Set a new personal best for the 5k (15:36.4) at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Recorded a best time for the 10k (35:47.9) at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Ran the 5M and recorder a personal best (27:11.5) at the IC4A ECAC XC Championship.

2017 Indoor: Was the IC4A 800 meter champion clocking in a time of 1:50.38...Helped set the school distance medley relay record of 9:46.12 while taking first place at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Set a new personal best mark in the 800 meter run, 1:49.90, taking fourth place overall at the NEICAAA Championships...Placed fifth at the NEC Finals in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:07.32...Ran a collegiate best time in the 500 meter run at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite with a time of 1:04.37...Won the 800 meter and DMR events at the URI Coaches Tribute.

2016 Cross Country: Placed 28th at the Northeast Conference Championships, finishing the 8k course in 30.11.3 at Saint Francis U...Placed 21st overall at the 14th Annual Ted Owen Invitational...Finished in 22nd placed in the St. Francis Father Bede 5K with a time of 17.39.3.

2016 Outdoor: Ran a season best 800 meter run time at the Larry Ellis Invite (1:52.56)...Placed sixth in the Northeast Conference 800 meter run championship race, clocking in a time of 1:56.64...Competed on the 4x8 relay team that won the NEC Championship (7:46.31)...Also ran on the NEC Championship 4x4 relay team that took bronze (3:23.16)...Represented CCSU in the IC4A Championship 800 meter race...Won the 800 meter run at the CCUS Invite and Mark T. Young Invite.

2016 Indoor:  Competed at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field championships in the 800 meter run...Took sixth place in the 500 meter run at the NEICAAA Championships with a time of 1:05.41...Ran on the NEC Championship 4x4 relay team that placed fourth, running a time of 3:31.90...Placed third at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet in the 800 meter run (1:55.63).

Before Central: Competed on both cross country and track at New Milford High School... Helped his cross coutnry team win the SWC championship and Class L Championship in 2014... Earned 1st team All-Conference in cross country (2014)... Earned second team All-Conference in the 4x400m relay in 2012... Was an honorable mention in the SMR in indoor (2013)... received an honorable mention for the 400m dash in outdoor (2013)... Earned 1st team All-Conference and All-State for the 600m dash in indoor track as a Junior... Awarded MVP for New Milford in indoor (2014)...
