2019 Outdoor: Ran the 1,500 meter (4:05.06) and the 5,000 meter (15:57.56) at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Competed in the 800 meter (1:57.88) and the 1,500 meter (4:04.76) at the 2019 Colonial Relays...Came in 15th place in the 1,500 meter at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Placed 14th in the same event at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational with a time of 4:00.44...Won the silver medal for the 800 meter with a time of 2:00.37 at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Finished seventh in the 1,500 meter (4:02.31) at the NEC Championship...Ran a personal best time of 4:00.43 in the 1,500 meter at the NEICAAA New England Outdoor Championship.

2019 Indoor: Ran the 800 meter (1:58.59), mile (4:27.61), and 4x400 (3:38.79) at the Wagner College Invitational...Took home the gold for the 1,000 meter run (2:36.06) and finished seventh in the 4x400 (3:33.76) at the Ramapo College Season Opener...Won the silver medal in the 1,000 meter (2:33.65) at the Joe Donahue Games...Ran the mile (4:20.53) and the 4x400 (3:36.43) at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic...Came in 10th place in both the 1,000 meter (2:32.20) and the 4x800 (7:59.46) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships...Competed in the 800 meter run (1:57.13) at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Came in fourth place in the DMR (10:27.74) and ran the mile (4:24.97) at the 2019 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championship...Ran the mile at the BU Last Chance Qualifer and finished with a time of 4:24.37.

2018 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best in the 4.97 mile run, 26:30.4, at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational...Finished eighth and set a personal best in the 8K at the 16th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational with a time of 27:37.7...Ran the 5K and set a personal best of 16:19.0 at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished the 8K at the NEC Championship with a time of 28:44.5...Set a personal best for the 10K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship with a time of 37:56.4.

2018 Outdoor: Recorded a personal best for the 1500m (4:03.01) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Ran a personal best for the 5000m (15:41.33) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Finished first in the 4x400 at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational. 

2018 Indoor: A member of the DMR in the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational that finished first with a time of 10:25.68.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best with a time of 28:31.20 in the 5M at the IC4A XC Championship...Ran a personal best in the 8k (27:59.90) in the Northeast Conference Championships...Recorded his fastest 5k (16:22.60) at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet.

2017 Outdoor: Finished 10th overall in the 1,500m at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships...Set three personal records throughout the course of his first outdoor season...Ran a collegiate best 1,500m time (4:03.96) while taking 17th place at the 2017 Larry Ellis Invitational...Recorded his fastest 400m dash (54.25s) at Bryant's Black and Gold Invitational...Placed eighth at the UConn Northeast Challenge in the 800m with a personal record time of 1:56.40.

2017 Indoor: Placed fifth overall in the NEC Championship mile finals, running a personal best time of 4:17.76...Was a member of the conference bronze medal distance medley relay team...Finished sixth overall in the 1,000 meter run final at the NEICAAA Championships (2:30.38)...Ran a personal best 1,000 meter run time at the John Thomas Terrier Invite (2:29.46)...Recorded another personal best time in the 800 meter run at the Joe Donahue Games of 1:57.51, good for fourth place...Ran a leg of the DMR team who won the URI Coaches Tribute race in a time of 10:32.14.
