Five Blue Devils Earn All-NEC Indoor Track Honors

The Northeast Conference announced the 2020 Men's Indoor Track and Field All-Conference selections on Thursday. A trio of Blue Devils earned First Team honors, while CCSU had honorees on the Second Team and All-Rookie Team.
Seniors Richard Grudzwick, Alex Norstrom and Edwin Alston were named to the first team. Grudzwick won the 800m, while Norstrom took gold in the 5,000 meter run and Alson won the 60m hurdles.
Senior Roberto Piotto was named to the Second Team in the 5,000 meter run. Freshman Elias Field was named to the All-Rookie Team in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs.
