Track Opens Outdoor Season at Monmouth

Both men's and women's track teams will compete at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener on Saturday.

The Central Connecticut track and field team opens the 2019 outdoor season on Saturday, March 30, at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener. The events will take place in Kessler Stadium at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. A field of 20-25 teams is expected in this year's meet.

Events are slated to begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday with the women's 10,000 meter run. The meet will conclude with the men's 4x400 meter relay scheduled to start at 5:35 p.m. A tentative time schedule and meet information can be found here.

Fans can follow the meet through live stats here. Final results will be posted on the CCSU Blue Devils website at the end of the event.
