Smith, Gill Compete at IC4A Championships on Saturday

Senior Sam Borecki will compete in the pole vault on Sunday for CCSU.

The Central Connecticut men's track and field competed at the IC4A Indoor Championships at the BU Track and Tennis Center in Boston, MA on Saturday, March 3. 

Junior Akiel Smith finished 11th in the 60-meter dash semifinal round with a time of 6.90 seconds. Freshman Jonathan Gill ran a time of 1:54.73 in the 800-meter run to finish 23rd overall. Both athletes were uable to advance to Sunday's finals.
