2017 Outdoor: Was selected to the All-NEC First Team after winning the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 9:30.22...Trainor placed eighth in the steeple at the IC4A Championships and was granted a spot in the NCAA East Regional Preliminary Round held in Lexington, KY where he finished 42nd overall...Set a new personal steeplechase record after flying in at 8:58.04 in third place at the 2017 Larry Ellis Invitational...Was a two-time NEC Track Athlete of the Week recipient...Anchored the bronze medalist 4x800 meter relay squad and placed eighth in the 5K with a personal record time at the conference finals...Ran a career fastest 1,500 meter run to come in second place at the 2017 UMass Pre-Conference Meet.

2017 Indoor: Broke the CCSU distance medley relay school record taking first at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 9:46.12...Took bronze in the mile with a personal record mark of 4:06.21, and in the distance medley relay race at the NEC Championships...Won the 1,000 meter run and the DMR at the URI Coaches Tribute Invitational...Ran a collegiate best 1,000 meter run time 2:28.64, good for third place at the Joe Donahue Games.

2016 Cross Country: Led the Blue Devils at the 14th Annual Ted Owen Invitational, placing fourth overall running the 5K course in the 15:11.6...Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships...Took eighth at the NEC Championship 8K held at Saint Francis U.

2016 Outdoor: Placed ninth at the IC4A Championships with a personal best time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase...Won the 3000S (9:36.90) and anchored the first place 4x800 meter relay team at the NEC Championships...Set a PR in the 5,000 meter run at the conference finals, taking fifth overall...Took third place at the CCSU Blue Devil Invite in the mile. 

2016 Indoor: Finished second in distance medley relay (10:21.13) and fifth in the mile (4:13.89) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a season best mile time at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (4:11.39).

2015 Outdoor: Ended the season with six top ten finishes...Member of the 4x800 Meter Relay team that was able to grab silver at the NEC Championships...Finished 2nd in both the NEC Championship and the NEICAAA Championship for the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, with a personal best coming at the NEICAAA Championship

2015 Indoor: Set Personal Best in the Mile at the BU John Thomas Terrier Invitational with a time of 4:20.67...Helped Distance Medley Relay Team finish 4th in the NEC Chamionship...Had a top five finish at the NEC Championship for the Mile Run

2015 Cross Country: Placed sixth to earn All-Conference honors at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 25:28.6...Earned the NEC Rookie of the Week award on Oct. 13...At the New England Championships, he finished 80th out of 252 runners with a time of 25:53.0...Finished 98th overall at the NCAA Regionals crossing the finish line in 32:35...Ran a time of 26:32 at the Ted Owen Invitational to earn third place. 

Before Central: Ran cross country and track at Port Jervis High School...Helped his team to back to back Division lll Championships in 2011 and 2012...Helped his team to Section 9 Championships in 2010 and 2012...Place second in the 2012 Orange County Championships...Invited to compete for Down Under Sports in Australia as the New York State representative.
