2015 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll. Placed 19th overall at the 2015 Northeast Conference Championships.

2015 Outdoor: Grabbed the bronze medal at the NEC Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 32:49.58...Ran a personal best 10,000M time of 31:21.82 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2015 Indoor: Ran the 5,000 meter run at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational in 15:51.12...Recorded a PR mile time of 4:41.20 at the Coaches vs. Domestic Violence Tribute coming in 19th place.

2014 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Freshman of the Year...Placed fifth at the NEC Championships with a time of 25:57.74...Three-time Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week...Placed eighth at the Ted Owen Invitational with a time of 26:39.00...Placed 60th of 262 runners at the New England Championships with a time of 25:26.92...Placed 23rd at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:29.40).

2014 Outdoor: Ran at the NEICAAA Championships in the 5,000 meter run placing 12th overall (14:57.17 PR)...Placed fifth at the NEC Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 33:42.57, and sixth in the 5,000 meter run clocking in at 15:17.91...Won the 10,000 meter run at the CCSU Meet (32:08.55)...

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted, but competed as an unattached runner in two meets...Finished 21st at the CCSU Ted Own Invitational and finished 31st at the CCSU Mini Meet.

Before Central: Competed in cross country and track and field at Tolland High School...Named All-State as a junior and senior...Awarded All-Conference as a senior...Led his team to compete at the Class M State Championships from 2009-2012...Also competed at the State Open Cross Country Championships in 2010.
