2017 Indoor: Took home bronze in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs at the Northeast Conference Championships, with times of 8:30.27 (PR) and 14:47.64, respectively...Won the 3,000 meter distance run at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (8:36.66)...Ran a personal best 5,000 meter run at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (14:35.79).

2016 Cross Country: Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional XC Championship 10K race finishing in 31:54.1 in 52nd place...Was the runner up at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in Saint Francis PA 26:57.5...Placed third overall at the 14th Annual CCSU Mini Meet, crossing the finish lin eat 15:02.5.

2016 Outdoor: Placed fifth at the NEC Championships in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 32:46.10.

2016 Indoor: Finished in fourth in the 3,000 meter run (8:33.46), and sixth overall in the 5,000 meter run (15:04.77) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Placed ninth at the Great Dane Classic in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:04.25.

2015 Outdoor: Set a personal best 10,000 Meter Run at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 30:38.98...Placed second in both the 10,000 Meter Run and the 5,000 Meter Run at the NEC Championships 

2014 Outdoor: Finished 4th in the 3000 Meter run at the Monmouth Season Opener...Ran a personal best in the 1500 Meter Run at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 4:08.55

2014 Indoor: Ran best mile of the season at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic in which he finished 11th...Claimed 7th place in the 5000 meter run at the NEC Championships

2013 Cross Country: Earned All-NEC honors for his eighth-place performance at the 2013 NEC Cross Country Championships, he clocked a time of 27:11 to help the Blue Devils to their fifth-straight conference title...Finished 13th at the Father Bede Invitational on Sept. 28 with his time of 28:05...Placed 21st at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25...Finished 35th at the New England Championships out of 135 runners...Competed at the NCAA Regional competition where he placed 79th out of 255.

2013 Outdoor: Performed well at the Northeast Conference Championships in which he placed 10th in the 10,000m run and 12th in the 5,000m run as a freshman with times of 32:53.56 and 15:30.85, respectively...Finished 10th of 22 in the 5,000m at the Holy Cross Invitational, crossing the finish line in 15:43.69...Placed 34th out of 65 runners in the 1,500m run at the UMASS Invitational on April 13 with a time of 4:13.10...Raced a career-best time of 4:10.54 in the 1,500m at the UMASS Preconference Meet on April 27.

2012 Cross Country: Named NEC Rookie of the Week on Oct. 24...Competed in five of the Blue Devils' eight meets as a freshman...Earned 23rd place of 115 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19...Placed 40th in his first NEC Championship meet with his time of 26:54.50...Best finish of the season came at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 15 where he ran unattached and claimed silver...Crossed the finish line 142nd of 260 and 167th of 239 at the All-New England Championships and NCAA Regionals, respectively.

Before Central: Participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Terryville High School...Named Most Valuable Player for cross country and track...Earned Coaches' Award for track...Named All-Berkshire League and Berkshire League All-Star.
