2017 Indoor: Was the Northeast Conference 800 meter run runner-up with a time of 1:52.20...Took silver at the NEC finals in the mile with a time of 4:13.29...Ran on the DMR team who took home bronze (10:18.43) at the league championships...Finished the season, setting a new personal record in the mile at the BU Last Chance Meet, 4:12.16...Broke the CCSU DMR school record at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational, finishing in first place with a time of 9:46.12...Set a PR in the 3,000 meter distance run of 8:29.32 at the Wagner Invite.

2016 Cross Country: Placed sixth overall at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship with an 8K time of 25:31.2...Ran the CCSU Mini Meet Course in 15.25.7, good for a 13th place finish...Finished 25th overall at the Northeast Conference Championships (29.59.5)...Ran at the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2016 Outdoor: Won the Northeast Conference 1,500 meter run title with a time of 3:51.30...Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay NEC Champion that ran a time of 7:46.31...Took second place at the conference finals in the 800 meter run (1:55.17)...Ran in the 4x4 relay race that took bronze at the NEC's with a mark of 3:23.16...Set a personal record time of 3:45.72 in the 1,500 meter run at the Mt. Sac Relays...Set another PR in the 800 meter run at the Larry Ellis Invite with a time of 1:50.23...Won the UNH Pre-Conference 800 meter race, finishing in a time of 1:53.87.

2016 Indoor: Took gold in the mile at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 4:11.31...Was a member of of the DMR team that finished as the NEC runner-up with a time of 10:21.13...Set a personal record in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational with a time of 4:02.93...Won the 800 meter run at the 34th Yale Collegiate Invitational (1:54.47), and the Joe Donahue Games (1:51.50)... Ran a personal best 10K run time at the BU Scarlet and White meet, placing first with a time of 2:23.24...Also won the Great Dane Classic 10K run, crossing the finish line at 2:24.88. 

2015 Cross Country: Earned All-Conference Honors, placing ninth at the Northeast Conference Championships (25:41.0)…Ran at NCAA Regionals and finished 142nd with a time of 33:09…Placed 2nd at CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 15:12.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named to the Northeast Conference All-Rookie Team...Named NEC Track Rookie of the Week on April 23...Earned two third-place finishes at the NEC Outdoor Championships in the 800m run (1:54.69) and in the 4x800m relay in which the team crossed the line in an IC4A qualifying time of 7:40.70...Broke the CCSU record in the 800m at the New Balance Boston Twilight Meet on May 11 with his time of 1:50.56, claiming gold in the event...Also broke the CCSU record in the 4x800m relay event at the Penn Relays, the team crossed the finish line 13th of 31 teams in a time of 7:38.32...Placed first of 56 runners in the 800m at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with his time of 1:52.63...Placed second and third at the Monmouth Season Opener in the 800m and the one mile run, respectively.

2013 Indoor Track: Named to the NEC All-Rookie team...Named NEC Track Rookie of the Week on Jan. 29...Named First Team All-NEC for his impressive performance at the NEC Indoor Championships in the 4,000m distance medley relay, the team crossed the finish line in 10:15.75 for the victory...Also placed third at the NEC's in the 800m run with his time of 1:53.06...Claimed gold and broke the CCSU record at the New England Indoor Championships in the 1,000m run, crossing the finish line in 2:23.39...Finished first of 20 in the 1,000m at the URI Invitational on Feb. 2...Also in the 1,000m, he placed fourth at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18 with an IC4A qualifying time of 2:28.89...Finished third of 37 in the one mile at the Army Crowell Open with a time of 4:20.81.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in one meet, unattached, as a freshman...Placed 10th at the Quinnipiac Invitational with his time of 29:15.20.

Before Central: Competed in cross country and track at Wolcott High School...As a senior he was awarded All-State in outdoor track for the 800 meter, named All-New England for the 1000 meter in indoor track and ran in the New Balance Indoor and Outdoor Nationals...Named All-NVL in the 800 meter his junior and senior years for outdoor track...Also named All-NVL in the 1000 meter his senior year for indoor track.
