2017 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000m and 5,000m events at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships...Opened the outdoor season with a personal record in the 5K at Bryant's Black & Gold Invitational...Ran a collegiate fastest 1,500m at the 2017 UMass Pre-Conference Meet...Recorded a top finish of the season in sixth place in the 5K at the UConn Northeast Challenge.

2016 Indoor: Did not compete.

2016 Cross Country: Ran a season best 5k time at the 14th Annual CCSU Mini Meet, finishing in 14th place at 16.21.2...Placed 19th at the St. Francis Father Bede meet running the 5k course in 17.32.0.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Northeast Conference Championships, finishing with at time of 10:58.40...Ran a personal best time of 16.15.81, in the 5K at the Mark T. Young Invitational placing third overall.

2016 Indoor: Competed at three venues for the Blue Devils...Ran a personal record in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine, 4:32.69.

2015 Cross Country: Ran at the IC4A/ECAC Championship and placed 102nd with a time of 28:01.4...Also competed in the Ted Owen Invitational running a time of 28:02 for 19th...Turned in a time of 20:11.62 at the Stony Brook Invitational to open the season...Ran the course at the Northeast Conference Championships in 27:13.6...Earned a spot on the NEC’s Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2014 Cross Country: Earned Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week on Sept. 23...Placed 39th at the Marist Invitational with a time of 21:29.06...Turned in CCSU's second best time at the Iona College Meet of Champions at 28:49 to place 114th of 205 competitors...Placed 82nd out of 127 runners at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 16:17.93...Turned in a time of 29:02.3 to place 118th at the IC4A Championships
