2015 Cross Country: Ran at the NEC Championships and turned in a time of 26:54.3...Also competed at NCAA regionals and finished with a time of 34:30 to place 204th...Turned in a time of 15:51 at the CCSU Mini Meet...Ran at the New England Championships and turned in a time of 26:52.8...Placed 11th at the Ted Owen Invitational, completing the course in 27:37...Completed the course at the Nassaney Invitational in a time of 16:09 to place 42nd...Turned in a time of 20:08.68 in the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational.

2014 Cross Country: Placed 30th at the season-opening Marist Invitational with a time of 20:53.87...Clocked a time of 29:43 to finish 126th of 205 runners at the Iona College Meet of Champions...Competed at the CCSU Mini-Meet on Oct. 24 and placed 14th in the sub-varsity race with a time of 16:17.96...Turned in a time of 35:09.8 at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted, but competed in two meets as an unattached runner...Finished 58th out of 70 at the Ted Own Invitational on Sept. 21...Placed 67th out of 119 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25.

2013 Outdoor Track: Helped turn in two IC4A qualifying performances at the Northeast Conference Championships in the 4x800m relay (3rd) and the 4x400m relay (4th) with the teams crossing the finish line in 7:40.70 and 3:17.50, respectively...Helped set a CCSU record in the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays, the team crossed the finish line in 7:38.32...Placed third of 36 in the 800m run at the Holy Cross Invitational with his time of 1:56.47...Fastest time in the 800m came at the New Balance Boston Twilight Meet on May 11 where he crossed the finish line in 1:55.10...Completed his freshman season with nine top-10 finishes, including four in the top five.

2013 Indoor Track: Named First Team All-NEC for his impressive performance at the NEC Indoor Championships in the 4,000m distance medley relay, the team crossed the finish line in 10:15.75 for the victory...Claimed silver in the 500m dash with his time of 1:07.34 at the URI Coaches Invitational on Feb. 2...Earned his career-best time of 1:05.18 in the 500m at the Boston University Terrier Invitational on Jan. 26, placing 18th out of 85 runners...Placed third in the 1,000m run with a career-best time of 2:37.51 at the Army Crowell Open in January...Finished 12th of 30 in the 800m at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18 with his time of 1:56.89.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five of eight meets for the Blue Devils as a freshman...Kicked off his inaugural campaign with an 11th-place finish at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 15...Placed 70th of 94 at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22...Placed 75th of 115 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19...Finished 86th in his first NEC Championship appearance...Also competed in the 104th IC4A/ECAC Championships on Nov. 17.

Before Central: Participated in cross country and track and field at Trumbull High School...Awarded All-New England for his performances in the 600 meter and the 800 meter his senior year...Also earned All-New England honors in the 4x400 meter relay in both his junior and senior years...Earned All-State honors for his performances in the 600 meter (2011), the 4x400 meter relay (indoor 2011 and outdoor 2012) and the 4x200 meter relay (2012 indoor)...Named All-FCIAC Champion in the 600 meter in 2011 and in the 4x400 meter relay (indoor and outdoor)...Also awarded All-Conference honors in the outdoor 4x800 meter relay in 2010 and second team honors for the 600 meter in 2012...Named to the Connecticut Post All-Star team in 2011 and 2012 for both indoor and outdoor track...Named Connecticut Post Athlete of the Week in 2011...Awarded Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October 2012...Holds his high school record in the 600 meter run (1:21.79) and in the indoor 4x400 meter relay (3:26.98)...Also holds his high school record in the sprint medley relay.
