2017 Indoor Track: Placed 11th overall after running a time of 9:09.43 in the 3,000 meter run at the Joe Donahue Games...Competed in the prelims of the mile run at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a season best time in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2016 Outdoor Track: Earned NEC Second Team honors in the 3,000 meter steeple chase, ending with a time of 9:48.62, marking a top three finish... Placed fourth out of 26 runners to set a career-best time, 4:02.61, for the 1,500 meter run at Yale's Mark Young Invitational. 

2016 Indoor Track: Posted career bests in four catergories... Ran the 1,000 meter race in 2:38.22 at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet... Beat his personal best mile time with a 4:23.82 finish at Boston University... Registered a time of 8:51.62 in the 3,000 meter run in his first time contesting in the event as a Blue Devil at the Joe Donahue Games earning a tie for sixth place... Placed 13th overall at the NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:47.22.

2015 Cross Country: Competed at the NEC Championships this season and finished 18th out of 68 runners...Ran an average mile time of 5:19.4...Turned in a final time of 26:29.5 at the New England Championships...Ran the NCAA Regionals and turned in a time of 33:07 to place 139th...Ran the course in 27:28.5 to place 75th out of 183 runners at the ECAC/IC4A Championships...Earned a spot on the NEC’s Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2015 Outdoor Track: Was a member of the 4x800 Meter Relay team that won sliver at the NEC Championships...Finished 28th of 49 in the 1500 Meter Run at the UMass Invitational.

2015 Indoor Track: Ran his fastest mile at Boston University with a time of 4:25.98...Was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished 4th at the NEC Championships.

2014 Cross Country: Ran at the Ted Owen Invitational and finished 30th out of 135 runners with a time of 28:06.05...Placed 140th out of 262 runners with a time of 26:07.84 at the New England Championships on Oct. 11.

2014 Outdoor Track: Finished 15 of 35 in the 1500 Meter run at the UMass Invitational with a time of 4:07.44...Posted his best time of the season in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase at the NEICAAA Track and Field Outdoor Championships with a 9:34.92.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted, but competed in two meets as an unattached runner...Finished 41st out of 70 at the CCSU Ted Own Invitational on Sept. 21 and placed 95th out of 119 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25.

Before Central: Named CIAC Cross Country All-State and to the NCCC All-Conference Cross Country Team in 2010, 2011 and 2012...Named to the NCCC All-Conference Track and Field Team in 2012 and 2013...Helped lead his team to Class S State Champion title in cross country in 2009, 2011 and 2012...Named BHS Most Valuable Runner in 2011 and 2012...Team captain 2011-2013...Also named to the Randy Smith JI All-Area Team.
