2015 Indoor Track: Finished in the top 5 at the NEC Championships for the 3000 Meter Run with a time of 8:57.24...Also placed 6th at the NEC Championships for the 5000 Meter Run with a time of 15:27.61

2014 Outdoor Track: Claimed 1st place at the Monmouth Season Opener for the 5000 Meter Run...Finished 2nd place for both the 5000 Meter Run and the 10,000 Meter Run at the NEC Championships...Crossed the finish line first in the 5000 Meter Run at the NEICAAA Championships... Qualified for the ECAC-IC4A Outdoor Championships and finished 2nd in the 10,000 Meter Run

2014 Indoor Track: Earned bronze in the Mile at the Yale Collegiate Invitational with a personal best time of 4:26.62...Had two top five finishs at the NEC Championships in the 5000 Meter Run and the 3000 Meter Run

2013 Cross Country: Best finish of the season came at the Father O'Neil Invitational on Aug. 31 where he placed sixth with a time of 16:57.28.

2013 Outdoor Track: Performed well at the Northeast Conference Championships placing fifth in the 10,000m run and 11th in the 5,000m with times of 32:20.47 and 15:27.03, respectively...Raced a career-best time of 4:13.17 in the 1,500m at the UMASS Preconference Meet on April 27...Placed 30th of over 50 competitors in the 10,000m at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13 registering a career-best time of 31:38.17.

2013 Indoor Track: Best finish was 9th place at the URI Invitational where he completed the 3,000m run with a time of 8:59.75...Finished 10th in the 5,000m run at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18 with his time of 15:17.00...Registered his career-best time of 14:58.48 in the 5,000m for 13th place at the New England Indoor Championships...Placed 29th of 40 in the one mile run at the Yale Invitational on Jan. 12, setting a new career-best time of 4:36.09.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Blue Devils...Best finish came at the 2012 NEC Championships in which he placed 27th of 89 with his time of 26:29.44...Placed 84th at the 104th IC4A/ECAC Championships with his time of 26:56.80...Finished 147th of 239 and 178th of 260 at NCAA Regionals and the All-New England Championships, respectively.

2012 Outdoor Track: USATF-JR 10,000 meter qualifier...Placed sixth in the 5,000 meter run at the University of Connecticut Invitational with a time of 15:23.25...Finished seventh in 10,000 meter run in both the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships and the New England Outdoor Championships with times of 32:52.59 and 31:58.05, respectively...Placed 13th in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:13.58 at the Holy Cross Invitational.

Before Central: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Southington High School...Two-time Coaches' Award winner...All-Conference selection for cross country his senior year...Also named cross country captain his senior year.
