2013 Indoor Track: Raced a career-best time of 51.40 in the 400m dash at the Boston University Terrier Classic on Jan. 25...Also clocked a career-best 9.53 in the 60m hurdles at BU on Jan. 25...Also performed well at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 500m dash, finishing in a career-best time of 1:08.00.

Before Central: Holds the record at Griswold High School in the 300 meter hurdles...Named ECC All-Conference and ECC 300 Meter Hurdle Champion...Placed seventh in the State Open in the 300 meter hurdles...Competed in the 60 meter hurdles at the State Open...Also played soccer at Griswold High School for which he was also name ECC All-Conference.
