Beddouri Earns All-Conference Recognition

Senior Louis Beddouri of the Central Connecticut men's soccer team was named to the All-Northeast Conference Second Team it was announced on Thursday night at the postseason banquet on the eve of the league's championship tournament. Beddouri is a three-time All-Northeast Conference Second Team selection.
Beddouri was a co-captain as a senior and started all 15 games, leading Central in scoring. The forward finished the season with seven goals and 14 points to rank third and fourth in the conference, respectively. The Bourdeaux, France native notched the only goal in a 1-0 win at Robert Morris on Oct. 21. Beddouri had eight points in conference play, ranking third in the NEC. Beddouri capped his career with 14 goals and seven assists, earning All-NEC Second Team honors as a junior and as a freshman when he also earned NEC All-Rookie Team honors.
The Blue Devils concluded the season with a 1-13-1 record overall and were 1-7 in conference play.
