Blue Devils Finish Play at Manor Intercollegiate on Sunday
Sebastianelli ties for 16th place overall
Junior Anthony Sebastianelli shot a third round score of 73 and finished in a tie for 16th place overall as the Central Connecticut men's golf team wrapped up play at the Manor Intercollegiate on Sunday. The tournament was hosted by Longwood University and was played at The Manor Golf Club in Farmville, VA.
Sebastianelli added a final round score of 73 to his 74-73 from Saturday to finish with a three round total of 220. His three rounds were the top three rounds for the Blue Devils on the weekend.
Junior Brandon Raine shot a 76 on Sunday to finish in a tie for 61st place. He also shot 80-79 on Saturday to finish with a score of 235.
Freshman Arthur Ouimet shot 83 on Sunday to finish with a score of 236, in a tie for 66th place. Classmate Drew Aitken shot 85 and finished at 240, in a tie for 75th place.
Freshman Andrew Szandrocha shot 87 and finished at 258, in a tie for 88th place overall.
Central shot a team score of 317 on Sunday to finish at 931 for the weekend, in a tie for 14th place overall. Rhode Island fired a 287 team score on Sunday to claim the title by two strokes over Dartmouth.
