Men's Golf Finishes Third at Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate on Sunday
Anthony Sebastianelli is the top finisher for CCSU in a tie for sixth place
The Central Connecticut men's golf team shot a day two total of 299 and finished in third place at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Tournament at Hopmeadow Country Club on Sunday. The Blue Devils were led by junior Anthony Sebastianelli who shot a pair of 73's in the two day tournament to finish in a tie for sixth place.
Freshman Arthur Ouimet followed his first round 72 with a 76 on Sunday to finish in 13th place all by himself. His final score of 148 was four over par.
Bryant won the team title with a two day score of 578. The Blue Devils were third (593) just one shot behind Wagner (592) and two shots in front of Manhattan (595). Fordham finished in fifth place with a score of 596.
Central freshman Drew Aitken was one shot better on Sunday than he was on Saturday, shooting a 74 to finish with a score of 149 in a tie for 14th place. unior Brandon Raine shot a 76 and finished in a tie for 20th place overall with a score of 150.
Freshman Andrew Szandrocha shot an 84 on Sunday and finished in a tie for 65th place overall. She shot a 77 on Saturday.
