Paul O'Connor begins his first season as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Blue Devils.  He spent the previous two seasons as a Graduate Assistant at Providence College.

At CCSU O'Connor is responsible for team travel and will coordinate the team's film exchange program.  He will also manage the Howie Dickenman Basketball School and assist in monitoring the men's basketball budget, as well as assist in scheduling.

O'Connor spent two seasons at Providence and assisted with the day-to-day operations for the Friars.  He edited all game and practice footage and coordinated film exchange.

O'Connor received his Master's Degree from Providence in 2013, and his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University in 2011.  At Ohio he was the head basketball manager and helped assist in the day-to-day operations for the Bobcats.
