Men's Basketball Begins Road Trip at Saint Francis U on ESPNU Thursday
Central has won back-to-back games in conference play.

Central Connecticut begins a four-point road stretch when it travels to Saint Francis U on Thursday in a game to be televised nationally on ESPNU at 5:00 p.m. The Blue Devils have won consecutive contests following Saturday's comeback win over Bryant. Senior Tyler Kohl was named Northeast Conference Player of the Week for his performance last week. The Red Flash have won three straight and are currently second in the league standings, marking the first of two straight games for CCSU against teams atop the NEC leaderboard. Central travels to Robert Morris on Saturday.
Thursday's game will be televised live on ESPNU and is available to stream HERE. Mike Crispino and Noah Savage will call the action.

NOTES FROM THE BRYANT GAME • The Blue Devils won their second straight conference game for the second time in Northeast Conference play with Saturday's 64-59 win over Bryant...Central closed the game on a 21-3 run over the final 8:19 to erase a 13-point deficit...CCSU limited the Bulldogs to 1-of-14 shooting from the field to close the game and Bryant went 1-of-10 from the three-point arc over the final 12:24...Tyler Kohl posted his second straight double-double with 23 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists...He scored 8 straight points over the final 1:36 to help close out the win...Jamir Coleman grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds and scored 10 points for his second double-double of the year...Ian Krishnan connected on three trifectas and scored 16 points...CCSU improved to 2-12 when trailing with 5:00 to play and overcame a 7-point halftime deficit to improve to 3-9 when trailing at the break.
