Bio: Coach Carnot is from Stonington, CT where he was a four year varsity starter, All Conference and All Area LB in 2007. He played Linebacker for one season while attending Plymouth State University in 2008. After that he began his coaching career at the high school level. He is a recent Physical Education graduate from CCSU.
