Bio: A former cornerback for the East Stroudsburg football team, Phillips has been highly involved with coaching at the collegiate and national level since his playing career. Phillips interned for the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets for three years before serving as an assistant coach for defensive backs at Division III Wilkes University and junior college Lackawanna. He received a B.S. in Business Management and a M.S. in Management & Leadership: Sport Management from East Stroudsburg.
