Football Names Quartet Team Captains For 2023 Campaign

Dolegala, Manson, Schloop and Toatley were selected by their teammates

Central Connecticut first-year football head coach Adam Lechtenberg announced the Blue Devils team captains for the 2023 campaign. Jadd Dolegala, Shayne Manson, Mason Schloop and Dan Toatley were selected by their teammates to represent them for the coming season.

 "Jadd, Shayne, Mason and Dan exemplify the four pillars of our program," said Lechtenberg. "They are excellent representatives of our program, have accomplished academic and athletic careers, and I look forward to their leadership playing an important role in our success." 

The Blue Devils open the season on Saturday, September 2nd when they host AIC on Arute Field. Game time is set for 6:00 pm. Season and single-game tickets are available here. CCSU students and staff are admitted free with their blue chip card.
