Football Heads to #NECFB Social Media Day on Thursday

The 2017 Northeast Conference football season will be the topic of conversation on Thursday as Central Connecticut and the six other league teams will converge at MetLife Stadium for the #NECFB Social Media Day.

Senior Joey Fields and junior quarterback Jacob Dolegala will join head coach Pete Rossomando for the the live event, which will air at 11 a.m. on ESPN3 and NECFrontRow.com.

The league will announce the Preseason Coaches Poll, as well as the Preseason All-Conference Team.  Representatives from all seven NEC football programs will be in attendance.

The Blue Devils kick off the 2017 on Friday night, Sept. 1, on the road at Syracuse.  Their home opener will take place on Saturday, Sept. 9, vs. Fordham.
