CCSU Football Announces Home Game Times
Blue Devils will play six home games in 2015
Head football coach Pete Rossomando and the Central Connecticut football team announced the game times for the six home football games this season. For the second season in a row the Blue Devils will play six games at Arute Field. Rossomando is entering his second season as the head coach of the Blue Devils.
COMPLETE 2015 FOOTBALL SCHEDULE
The season begins on Friday night, September 4 when the Blue Devils host Lehigh at Arute Field at 7 p.m. It marks the first of two straight night games to open the home schedule for the Blue Devils. They will also host Bowie State at 7 p.m. on September 19, following a road game at Stony Brook on September 12.
The first conference home game of the season is also Homecoming in New Britain, as the Blue Devils host Bryant at 1 p.m. on October 10.
The final three home games of the season will all begin at 12 noon, beginning with a non-league game vs. Dartmouth on October 17. That marks the final non-league game of the season for the Blue Devils.
Central will then host Robert Morris on October 31 and St. Francis U on November 7 to complete the home season.
Central will play five road games in 2015, including non-league games at Stony Brook (Sept. 12) and New Hampshire (Sept. 26). The three conference road games for the Blue Devils are Duquesne (Oct. 3), Sacred Heart (Oct. 24) and Wagner (Nov. 14).
Once again in 2015 all of the Blue Devil football games will air on Fox Sports Radio 1410 AM in Hartford, online at www.iheartradio.com and on the iHeart Radio mobile app. All home games, and each league road game, will air live audio and video, free of charge, on NEC Front Row.
Season tickets for the 2015 season will be on sale later this summer.
