Blue Devil Football Set to Play Blue-White Spring Game Friday Afternoon

Central Connecticut football will plays it annual Blue-White Spring Game this afternoon. Beginning at 2 p.m., the Blue Devils will take to Arute Field for the afternoon activities. Head coach Jeff McInerney will emcee the from field level before the game. He will announce the 2009 spring award winners prior to kickoff.

Like in years past, the game will conclude before 5 p.m., allowing fans, supporters and alumni to attend the 2009 CCSU Alumni Athletics Hall of Fame ceremony. Unlike other years, the Blue-White Spring Game will not serve as the culmination of spring practice. The Blue Devils have three more practices next week.
