Baseball Wins Game Two, Gets Split With Quinnipiac on Saturday

The Central Connecticut State University baseball team managed a split of a doubleheader at home on Saturday afternoon against Quinnipiac, winning game two 8-4. They dropped the first game 13-4. Senior pitcher Tommy Meade pitched a complete game in the second game to move to 3-0 on the season. Junior Pat Epps hit a three run home run to lead the offense. The teams will finish the weekend series at CCSU on Sunday at 1 p.m.
