Jim Pescarmona enters his fifth year as an academic advisor at CCSU. He advises freshmen and transfer student-athletes by way of weekly meetings and monitoring each student-athlete's success. Pescarmona also assists in the academic advising of other student-athletes during his hours at the academic advising center.
A former Blue Devil, Pescarmona earned his sixth-year degree in supervision and administration from CCSU in 1982. Prior to Central, he served as a science teacher at Fisher Middle School in Terryville, CT.
Pescarmona currently resides in Terryville, CT with his wife Barbara and has two sons, Thomas and Michael.
